Graduated from Government Dental College and Hospital Jamnagar, Gujarat in 2004. He is a Noble Fellow since 2006, the first batch of Gujarat. Has been practicing Implant surgical procedures successfully since 10 years. Dr Soham believes in continuous dental education through various courses. He has been certified for Immediate Implant Placement and Tooth Replacement for All on 4 treatment concept by Malo Clinic. Is also certified for Full Mouth Rehabilitation with All on 4 concept without Sinus Augmentation. He has got certification and formal training for Botox and Dermal Filler treatment which will include forehead line, frown lines, crow feet, under eye wrinkles removal, gummy smile management, face lifting, cheek augmentation, chin augmentation, eyebrow lifts and so on. Dr Dholakia firmly believes in Service Beyond Self and is a dedicated practitioner in the field. He is Life Member of Indian Academy of Laser Dentistry and Society of Oral laser Application since 2007.
